Booksellers have selected 10 adult Debut Author and 10 children’s New Voices titles by the brightest new talents for the Summer/Fall 2014 Indies Introduce promotion. The sign-up page features bookseller reviews for each title and all promotion details.

Starting today, BTW will be presenting a weekly Q&A with up-and-coming authors who are part of the Indies Introduce Debut Authors promotion. Indies Introduce is a multi-publisher promotion that highlights the top debut authors of the season, as selected by two panels of booksellers.

Twenty titles have been selected for the Spring 2014 Indies Introduce promotion — 10 adult Debut Author picks and 10 children’s New Voices, all chosen by booksellers as the best in new talent for the upcoming season. 

Reporting to the Indie Bestseller Lists each week showcases the strength of the indie channel in the publishing industry and enables everyone to see what independent booksellers are recommending — and what their customers are buying.

"Word-for-word a well-crafted shelf talker can be the most effective means of recommending a book to an avid reader," said Joe Drabyak of Chester County Book & Music Company in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
